On the occasion of the 61st birth anniversary of BNP Acting Chairman Mr. Tarique Rahman, former Joint General Secretary of Dhaka District BNP and Savar Municipality Mayoral candidate Lion Md. Khorshed Alam The initiative has distributed cash among 60 needy, helpless and sick people in Savar.

The program was held on Thursday (November 20) morning at the residence of Lion Md. Khorshed Alam in the Chhayabithi area of Savar Municipality.BNP nominated MP candidate for Dhaka-19 constituency Dr. Dewan Md. Salauddin Babu was present as the chief guest at the event.

Welcoming this humanitarian initiative of Khorshed Alam,he said that this initiative of Khorshed Alam on the occasion of the birthday of BNP Acting Chairman Tarique Rahman will be a milestone for the people of Savar.

Lion Md. Khorshed Alam said that such initiatives will continue in the future to spread the message of humanity beyond political identities. Guests attending the event also spoke and praised this initiative of dedicating their birthday to humanitarian service.

The event, chaired by Lion Md. Khorshed Alam, was also attended by Municipal BNP Vice President Abdul Gafur Babul, Pathalia Union BNP Vice President Hazrat Ali, Municipal BNP leader Khan Majlish Babu, and others.The program was hosted by Taj Khan Naeem of the Municipal Chhatra Dal.
